Well this has been a long time coming for me. Truth is I’m always working so the amount of material that doesn’t get released online is often due to simply running out of time. If I’m not working at my part-time job then my off days I spend working on bedroom working on new art ideas. I haven’t had a blog for a few years so I felt a need to start a sort of recording process of my normal creative habits. I’ll start sharing more from now on and hope to be more present overall.
Update to more recent weeks, I’ve been working on multiple digital illustrations along with a more complex piece in the works (more content to come).
I’ll make sure to keep a schedule with the work load coming up so I can get accustomed to a different sort of planning from now on. The newest “little” series I’m working on is based around a collection of ideas for a particular character I designed a few years ago. The idea to put this character into different atmospheres with different character is exciting and nearly a first of its kind for me since this is more character focused. The drawing (below) is a simple quick sketch of the main focus named, “Little Robot” or “43110”. So far just drawing around this character is opening challenges to get as crazy as possible with my art flow lately.
Posts from these creative times with 43110 will be posted as well in my blog more regularly now so stay tuned .
One more thing, I’m still working on more digital illustrations to post which will be eventually rotating out the older ones listed on this site. Mostly keeps the ideas that are newer stay fresh and the listed ones eventually age out. I’m always keeping the ideas going and often time is the main thing that catches up with me lately so I pace myself.
